SUGGESTIONS
        If you have any suggestions for the Media Center, you can email Mrs. Lester,
        or fill out a suggestion form in the Media Center.

LOAN PERIODS
        Fiction and non-fiction books - two weeks
        Magazines - two weeks
        Reference books - overnight

CHECK OUT
        Students need their student ID card to borrow materials.
        Students may have up to two items checked out at one time.

RENEWAL
        Students may renew their materials at any time as long as there are no requests
        for them. Please ask the Media Staff for assistance in renewing items.

OVERDUE BOOKS
        The library distributes overdue notices to students through their homeroom
        teachers once per week.

        If a student receives four notices (i.e. their materials are four weeks overdue),
        and his/her materials are not returned or renewed by the fifth week, the student will
        receive a detention (before or after school).

        If the student returns the book or makes arrangements to pay for a lost
        item, he/she will not have to serve the detention.

        Students with overdue items will not be able to check out other materials
        until the overdue items are returned.

        While the Media Center does not charge overdue fines, lost items must be paid for.

DONATE A BOOK
        Donate a book to the Media Center in honor of your birthday or a special person.
